Top 5 Most Expensive Houses Sold in Eastern NC – August 2015

In last month’s post  we saw that a half million dollars in New Bern will buy you an immaculate waterfront property with all kinds of luxurious amenities.

This month’s trend continues with waterfront and historic homes, but includes a larger area, with two Pamlico County properties making the list.

Here’s the Top 5 most expensive homes sold in eastern North Carolina for the month of August 2015, according to Zillow and Realtor.com:
